TERMS

These are my policies that I expect my customers to follow.
These aren't meant to upset or limit you, but these are just in place to
make sure things run as smoothly as possible~! n___n
Please bare with me for a moment. *ahem*

So by commissioning Usako you agree to the following
:

No two commissions will be 100% identical.
Every commission is made to order and because they are hand made, slight differences will occur. It is near impossible to make an identical clone of anything in my gallery. 60% of the time I work from a base pattern. The other 40% I make as I go. The way I work is a very organic process. Thank you for understanding. ^_^

You realize that these are made to order. I don't carry stock of anything.
Every project will take time to create as well as time to get to in the queue.

Materials may also vary from project to project.
This is often times due to fabric colors  or materials being discontinued or out of stock.

There are absolutely no refunds.
I do however offer a kill fee if you wish to no longer complete the commission. A kill fee is a fee paid to cancel your order. This is basically compensation for any work, materials purchased, time spent shopping/working/drafting/etc on your project. This often time is about 50% of your total, but may vary project to project.

Your wait time for your custom will vary.
You patience is absolutely necessary. You are receiving artwork from one person, not factory made toys from an assembly line. The queue can be very long at times and make take several months to reach your name. I can not give an exact date or time frame when you project will be completed. This is because I also do this professionally and do not know when the companies I work for will need me for projects. Commercial work will always take priority over my commissions work.
I am very sorry and thank you for understanding!
Please check the following places to get a rough estimate of where you stand:
Plush Status Chart (The Plush Queue)
Hoodie Status Chart (Hoodie Commissions)
My Project Blog (See which projects I have completed)
My Schedule (Posted 2 weeks at a time, and very tentative)

Under no circumstances is the plush you are commissioning me for to be used for
COMMERCIAL USE or REPRODUCTION.

These are private commissions for collectors. If you would like for me to create a prototype for mass production, please contact me and we will discuss. I would be happy to take you on as a COMMERCIAL ORDER, not as a commission.

Rush orders are available for a surcharge of $50.00 a project.
A rush order is ANYTHING needed before a 2 month time span. I get this request a lot so I will allow it, but for a steep fee.

When I work on projects, I may jump around the Queue list a bit.
Do not be surprised if I don't work in exact consecutive order. I mostly stick to the order though, so don't worry too much. ^_~

All orders must be paid in full, up front before I work on your commission for you.
No project will be started until payment is made in full. There are very few exceptions to this.

Rude customers, or impatient customs, or mean emails will NOT be tolerated.
I am a very sweet and nice girl and expect to be treated as such. I will not tolerate temper tantrums,  preasureing or demands. You commissioned me knowing full well there is a waiting list for my services, so I will not be sympathetic if you grow impatient. Status inquiry emails are allowed but as long as they are they are few and far between. Do not harass me, it will not speed up your order. Also do not  be surprised if I only reply to you with "I don't have anything to show you yet because it's not your turn." I keep my project blog updated and my status chart updated so you may see what projects I am working on. Taking the time to individually email you takes away from my work time.

I promise the wait will be worth it though.
I also reserve the right to refuse service.

Progress pictures will not typically be sent.
This cuts into my work time. I normally work best in marathon sessions. I may or may not post progress pictures of your project on my blog.

There are up to 2 hours of edit time allowed per project once it's complete.
That means if you are unhappy with an aspect after I send you finalized pictures, your edits are free of charge for the first two hours. If the changes you request go over 2 hours, you will be charged $15.00 per additional hour of work. You would be alerted before you hit the 2 hour editing mark and decide if you would like for me to proceed. If you decide to, this payment will be due after the additional work is completed, but BEFORE your project is mailed to you.

It is your responsibility to provide accurate contact information.
Please make sure your information provided is accurate and current.

I will not be held responsible for lost or damaged packages.
If you do NOT pay for insurance, I will not be held responsible for the package after it leaves my hands.
Insurance is optional and NOT included in your shipping fee. Insurance is available for an additional $2.00.

Thank you so much for reading and agreeing with the above terms!
Sorry if I sounded stern at any point. I just wanted to make things clear.
